Julia began her dance journey in 2012 with Dancefx Atlanta’s FX company. In 2018, she moved to Athens and joined the Dancefx Athens Concert Company. She was a Concert dancer for 5 seasons and performed in a variety of shows in Athens, Atlanta, New York, and Charleston. During this time, she guest-choreographed for Georgia Dance Team (2020-2022) and Sigma Kappa’s Greek Grind performance (2021). Since 2019, Julia has also translated her passion of dance into film by co-directing numerous projects involving Dancefx companies such as “Fine Line”, “Moon//White Ferrari”, “On the Attack”, and “Oh Ms Believer”. After moving back to Atlanta in 2023, Julia has danced with and guest-choreographed for Xtensity Dance Company, performed at the Emory Performing Arts Center with Divine Dance Studio, and attended masterclasses with Atlanta Contemporary Dance Company and XCEL Studios. She is thrilled to join ACDC this season and looks forward to expanding her skills as a dancer!
