Grace has had aspirations in professional dance since she was a student at her home studio in Gainesville, FL. Throughout her time there, she studied Classical Ballet and found a deeper connection with movement through pursuits of Contemporary Ballet and Modern styles at Alonzo King LINES Ballet workshops and summer intensives. Here, she studied under choreographers such as Alonzo King, Meredith Webster, and Gregory Dawson, who each challenged her understanding of dance as an artistic medium. She studied Modern dance at Point Park University following high school and has since taught dance in various capacities in Florida, Kenya, and Atlanta. Grace is thrilled to be returning to the performance side of this beloved medium through her work with Lauren Overstreet in Atlanta Contemporary Dance Company.
